When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. U.S. shipping usually takes 5–8 business days. International delivery depends on customs and local carriers.
How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also track it on our Tracking Page or on the carrier website.
What should I do if my RC car arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll get you a replacement or refund ASAP.
Do your RC cars come with batteries?
Most Apex RC models include a rechargeable battery pack. Controllers may require AA batteries which are not included.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — within 12 hours of placing the order. After it ships, we can’t edit it. You can reach us via the Support Page.
Do you offer warranties?
All products include a 30-day limited warranty. Extended protection is available on our Warranty Page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 30+ countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
