Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Below you’ll find everything about how we ship, when you can return, and what to do if something arrives damaged or not working.
Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Apex RC. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Processing time
• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• During sales or high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will email you.
Delivery time
• U.S. delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after the order has shipped, depending on the carrier and your location.
• Total time = processing time + delivery time.
Shipping method
We use trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or fulfillment partners such as Amazon Logistics) and will choose the method we feel is best for your order.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns & Refunds (30 Days)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it.
Return window
• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
Eligible returns
• Item is unused / like new and in original packaging, or
• Item arrived defective / damaged, or
• You received the wrong item.
Non-returnable items
• Items damaged by misuse, modification, or improper operation
• Items returned without authorization
• Clearance / final sale items (if marked)
Return process
1. Email us at support@yourstore.com with your order number and issue.
2. We will reply with return instructions and, if approved, a return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear.
Return shipping
• If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item), we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping.
• If the return is for personal reasons (changed mind, ordered wrong color/model), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Warranty / Defective Items
If your product arrives with a quality issue or stops working shortly after you receive it, we will help you.
Defective on arrival
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective on arrival. Send photos/video so we can speed this up. We can offer a replacement part, a full replacement, or another reasonable solution.
Limited warranty period
We offer a 90-day limited warranty on manufacturing defects for RC vehicles and electronics purchased directly from this website.
Warranty covers
• Non-human damage or faults caused by manufacturing
• Missing parts on arrival
Warranty does not cover
• Damage caused by crashes, water, sand, or improper operation
• Wear-and-tear items (batteries, tires, gears, shells) after normal use
• Products modified or disassembled by the customer
If the issue is covered, we may send a replacement part, a new unit, or another form of compensation depending on stock.
Accessories & Parts
Certain accessories or maintenance items may be replaced within 90 days if they arrive defective or missing. For parts damaged during use, we can help you purchase the correct replacement part.
Important Notes
- Please contact us before sending any item back so we can match it to your order.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. A replacement or refund will be issued according to the carrier’s result.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items to us.
